Red Fruit & Apple Sugar Free Ice Lollies
I have to share the most amazing and delicious sugar free ice lollies with you. I cut out all processed sugar after my Cancer diagnosis last year, to help lose weight and have my body in top top shape. I have since set out replacing old sugary treats with new ones. This one is great for hot days and hot flushes!

You will need:
· A Juicer
· Ice lolly mold
Recipe:
1 large apple
2 large handfuls of raspberries
2 large handfuls of strawberries
200ml sparkling water
(you can change the fruit to suit your taste as long as it is juiceable)
Directions:
In a juicer juice the apple, raspberries and strawberries
Mix in the sparkling water
Pour slowly into the ice lolly mold up to ½ cm from top
Place in freezer until hard
Take out of freezer and rest in the mold for a few minutes to loosen the lollies in the mold
Take out of the mold and enjoy!
Tip
The added water is important as it helps set the ice lolly
