I also know that family and friends need independent support while looking after someone with Cancer and I have a tailored supporter programme for you too.
My lifestyle programme is for all. Whether you are having to make some big adaptions to your lifestyle and need help with willpower and strategy or whether you are supporting someone through Cancer at home and want to get on board with lifestyle change too.

CBT is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. It helps you with your mental thoughts (cognitions) and your behaviours (actions). When your body feels like it is letting you down it is easy to give up and not help yourself. Cancer can undermine your confidence and self-esteem, leading to sabotaging behaviour and a poor lifestyle. I will motivate you with easy to use techniques and tools to get your body and your actions back on track fast.
